Order Processing Time:
We strive to process all orders within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive an email notification with tracking details once your order has been shipped. Processing times may be slightly longer during high-demand periods, such as sales and holidays. While we make every effort to ensure timely deliveries, please note that estimated transit times provided by our support team are only guidelines and not guaranteed delivery dates.
Shipping Costs:
- Free shipping is available for all orders over $50.00 (excluding taxes).
- Orders below $50.00 will be subject to shipping of $6.00.
- Free shipping offers do not apply to the Northwest Territories, Nunavut, Yukon, or Newfoundland. Customers in these areas will be contacted with a shipping quote upon order placement.
- Oversized or overweight products may be excluded from free shipping offers or subject to additional fees.
Estimated Delivery Times:
- Standard shipping: 2-5 business days (varies by location)
- Remote/rural areas: May require additional time
- Express shipping options may be available at an additional cost.
Order Tracking:
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number and shipper details via email. This allows you to monitor your package’s journey in real time.

Address Accuracy:
To ensure a smooth delivery process, please double-check and provide accurate shipping details at checkout. We cannot be held responsible for delivery failures due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
Lost or Delayed Shipments:
If your package is significantly delayed or lost in transit, please contact our Support Centre. If the shipping carrier marks the package as delivered but you have not received it, we recommend checking with your local courier before reaching out.
