Refund policy

 

At Optimum Mind & Movement, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely satisfied, we’re here to help. 

Return Eligibility: 

  • We must receive the returned product within 15 days from the date of purchase. 
  • If your product arrives damaged or defective, you must notify us within 48 hours of receiving it by emailing info@optimumsupply.ca. 
  • The product must be unopened, unused, and in its original condition and packaging. 
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable, except in cases of shipping errors or defective products. 

Return Process: 

  1. Contact our Support Centre at info@optimumsupply.ca or 1.855.225.5692 to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. 
  2. Securely pack the product in its original packaging, including any accessories or documentation.
  3. Include a copy of your purchase receipt in the package.
  4. Clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of the package.
  5. Ship the package to the return address provided by our Support Team. 

Refunds: 

  • Refunds are issued at the original purchase price once the returned product is received and inspected. 
  • A credit will be applied to your original payment method within 10 business days. 
  • Sale items are non-refundable. 
  • Only products that arrive damaged or have a manufacturing defect are eligible for refunds. 

Return Shipping: 

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to our error or a defective product. 
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance for your return. We are not responsible for lost or undelivered returns. 

Exchanges: 

  • We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original product as per our return process and place a new order. 

Damaged or Defective Products: 

  • If your product arrives damaged or defective, contact us immediately. Take photos of the product and packaging and email them to info@optimumsupply.ca within 48 hours of receiving the package. 
  • Retain the packaging and damaged item for inspection. 
  • If approved, we will issue a refund or replacement product at no additional cost. 

Non-Returnable Products: 
Certain products cannot be returned due to health and safety regulations: 

  • Supplement products in the form of liquids, gummies, capsules, powders
  • Inhalers
  • Herbal Teas
  • Topical creams, balms, serums, sprays, roll-ons
  • Supports and braces
  • Pillow
  • Pillow cases and bedsheets
  • Heating pads
  • Opened or used products
