Known Adverse Reactions: Zinc supplementation can cause a copper deficiency. If you are unsure, whether you are taking enough copper, consult a health care practitioner prior to use. Some people may experience diarrhea, nausea, vomiting and abdominal pain. Some people may experience drowsiness. Exercise caution if operating heavy machinery, driving a motor vehicle or involved in activities requiring mental alertness. Rare, unpredictable cases of liver injury associated with green tea extract-containing products have been reported. Contra-Indications: Do not use this product with other potassium-containing supplements or with potassium-containing salt-substitutes. Do not use this product if you have high blood pressure. Do not use if you have kidney disease. Do not use if you have scleroderma. Do not use if you are undergoing immunosuppressant therapy or if you have an autoimmune disease. Do not use if you have bronchial asthma or whooping cough.

Avoid taking with alcohol or products that cause drowsiness. If you have an iron deficiency, gallstones or a bile duct obstruction, stomach ulcers or excess stomach acid.
